Information and Scheduling

Please click on the picture or the link at the bottom to schedule a time slot. Reservations for the 500 can presently be made up to three hour intervals. Experiments requiring more time should be performed during the evenings or weekends. If your project has time requirements that extend beyond the normal boundaries of the scheduler, please contact us at nmr@chem.ucsd.edu with your request.

 500 Varian Unity

• Sun workstation for instrument control and data processing.
• Varian single-channel 1H, 19F probe
• Varian 2 channel inverse-detect 1H, broad band (15N to 31P) probe
• Varian 2 channel 1H, broad band (15N to 31P) low frequency observe probe
• Temperature range: -150 to +150 C

note: N2 gas should be used for low temperatures or temperatures above 100 C.
